In a culture that generally steers women away from the use of herbs to assist and support all phases of pregnancy and beyond, I'm so excited to help bridge the connection and wisdom of these powerful plant allies. There is a deep remembering that is emerging and I am here to offer herbal medicine and ancient practices as a way forward.
Women across cultures have been consuming their placentas for thousands of years. It's roots are found in TCM and has been considered a remedy and preventative for postpartum depression due to it's ability to help regulate hormone levels. It's also been reported to increased milk supply, tone and shrink the uterus to pre-pregancy size, boost energy levels, increase iron intake and speed up overall healing after birth. A tincture can also be made as well as stored for use during menopause. The incredible placenta.
Understanding that not all formulas work for everyone, I provide an array of products and services to suit your individual needs. Feel free to mix and match as you'd like!
